Roadmap for Earthsoft foundation of guidance (EFG)
Scenario in the society:
- To be good human being : To be good human being is most important in the life of individual, for the society and nation and globe as a whole. It is getting difficult day by day. There are many reasons like upbringing, education, guidance, aspirations, environment, religious & other influences, etc. Sometimes there are negative forces, thoughts, influences which impact stronger than positive thinking. Like a bath every day to clean physical body, there is a need to remind our mind to keep away from negative and bad things. There might be many temptation & curiosity which drive your mind & body to try and do something unwanted. This can be avoided by controlling the mind. This can be cultivated by seeking appropriate guidance.
- Guidance to do well while education: Also lot of students having huge potential however due to lack of right guidance, they do not perform well or miss on choosing the right educational path. Finally they remain under educated compared to their intelligence. Few also land up in doing what they do not like.
- Guidance to the employees : Lot many employees need guidance & education over choosing right career, adopting various soft skills like ownership, productivity, efficiency, attitude, behavior, etc so as they could march a steep growth path. Few of them choose wrong career which is not compatible to their personality & not as much rewarding matching to their potential and capability. Their career could be bigger & contribution could be huge if they could seek appropriate guidance while making career related decisions.
- Repeating the mistakes – Life could be improved and better if we do not make any mistake. However it is not possible. Mistakes can be minimized. If we learn from other’s mistakes, or if we seek guidance from others, we might minimize the mistakes. For that there is need to share the mistakes so that others can learn. Those can be simple to critical. Let everyone does not pass thro’ repeat experiences. Surely there would be limited no. of events.
- Lack of educational opportunities: In society there are millions of intelligent & smart students who could not seek education matching to their intelligence due to economical situation.
- Conflicts: In society there are lot of conflicts among two or more entities like between friends, neighbor, colleagues, family & relatives, client & vendor, etc.
- Brokerage: Sharing of the information or helping to known or unknown entities or the transactions in society are based on brokerage & with the intentions of commercial advantage.
- There are several giants in the society who perform extraordinary well within the span of their life. They gain huge knowledge & experience. However all vanishes after their demise. There is a need to create knowledge bank, and experience bank so that every citizen to learn from their knowledge and experience, and avoiding similar mistakes. We pass-on wealth to next generation but not knowledge and experience.
Having made these observations there is a strong will to take this within society extensively, forming NGO organisation namely earthsoft foundation of guidance (EFG) (proposed) which will work with the following vision. (Punch line- making earth a bit softer!; Earthsoft - e-edge, a- aggressive, r – reliable, t- trust, h- honest)
Introduction
Brief about Earthsoft Foundation of Guidance (EFG) to be a global NGO guiding to student & employees community with a vision to make earth little softer.

It is a ‘community work’ , an act of charity, directed towards doing something for the welfare of the people across the globe. It is, in fact, an initiative that is voluntarily undertaken to improve the quality of life around us. As an active corporate member of society, Earthsoft Foundation of Guidance is committed to building relationships with local communities and the society as a whole.
We at Earthsoft Foundation of Guidance have given Corporate Social Responsibility its due importance with the creation of a foundation dedicated to funding and helping various programs in the education of the underprivileged which will help in reducing socio-economic disparities.

1. Building mentors within the society: It is also observed that there is lot of like minded high level personalities who wants to contribute for good of society in capacity of mentor. Aim is to get them on forum.
