Its Human being..our experiences with those!

1. A mother of two, widow…husband died of heart attack related to assets division between brothers! What is more important..life or property? Person should have strong belief..not more than destiny, not before the time. How much person needs to live? One should have enough for survival and education for children. After all story ends equally for king and beggar! Isn’t it?
2. A mother of two…widow..none of the sons wants to support her during old age! She does not have property in her name. Careless of husband to make appropriate will, or leave sufficient liquidity so as to let her survive independently. Or believing that children will take care turned out to be wrong!
3. Aunty attends the marriage…keep talking to everyone why did she never want to attend this marriage? Kept spreading bad words about invitee host! Funny and pity!
4. Sister..understands the importance of education! Banking on a son who got admission in famous engineering college, worried about children of brother, keep guiding for better of their lives. However has a doubt if her advice is taking in correct spirit? She is deeply concerned and keep guiding. She believes that a single person if gets well set, can change the life of remaining members in a family. She gathered huge knowledge about educational systems, admission process, etc, truly needed for each parent.
5. A person keeps guiding…however takes a credit if good things result! Someone was saying better if his advice was not taken, feeling of obligation is huge!
6. Communication is the key, very few understand. It is not very costly! In fact it is cheapest in India compared to globe. Keep sharing, keep asking, and keep advising! There is nothing to lose! You may be gained! People do not support if there is ONLY a need based communication. Relationship building is critical in society. Help others so other would help. That was the purpose of building society. That’s why society exists!
7. A charitable trust..wants to arrange a get-together of students who benefitted from their scholarship! What is the objective? Trustee says aim should not be of advertisement or seeking credits of doing good job. Its unique style. Then what to achieve? Would past students who were benefited out of scholarship attend listening the trustee? There is an investment of time, energy, money to attend such function. Most of the time it is criminal waste of the fuel due to travelling involved. There is such a huge content available online of the world famous speakers. Case study of the successful guys would surely motivate but how many students and professionals do read, watch the related content available online? Such functions are merely for the branding and publicity. And mostly attendee to reciprocate the obligation of the invitees.
8. LTA…income tax exemption having funny rules. One can claim once in 2 years, can only claim travel cost and not lodging and boarding! In fact travel should not be encouraged considering import element. Its hardly a sum if someone travels from Kanyakumari to Kashmir (or Mumbai to Kolkata) by bus, plane or special taxi compared to LTA amount of 2 years. Expense of Travel of foreign tours is not exempted and can understand. Wonder if finance ministry has time to thnk out of box and innovatively? 
9. Corporate stay at 5 star hotel…expenses are sky touching. Is this expense must? What is the objective organisation wants to achieve? Happy employees? Teaming? Finding leaders? Concluding impression out of various sessions? Does it impact or influence? Short term or long term? Would there be other mean at lesser expenses to achieve the same objectives? Would gifting some article to employee achieve the objective partially? Isn’t the involvement higher covering all the employees? Wouldn’t such cost saved if added to the salary bring more happiness? Again such stay is without family so almost everyone missing family or realizes that its yet time to catch up the affordability.
10. Kite with string in driver’s hand..does it sound like corporate hierarchy? Or a family pair of husband-wife or parent-child? You allow kite to fly to touch the sky however wants to control it from the ground, keeping the string / direction in your hand. Is it all about power, skill and entity? You are happy to see something controlled by you touching the sky. That’s nice. You also want to cut others who are flying /growing better than you…that is really bad! Overall take it as a skilled game, and not too serious!
11. Do little and show big! It’s a corporate scenario. Its all about taking credit or building an image over others. Its saying how good I am (compared to other), without realizing supervisor must be talented to understand it deeply without talking about it! Few supervisors feel pity, few watch the fun and few scold the actors and stop! Its all being human!
12. There are many functions and events happening around city. Average crowd is about 2000 people. This has a travelling expense of at least Rs 100 per person. It makes Rs 200,000 per event per city. There are 40 cities. Fuel is an imported item and main contributor to import cost in dollar term for India. Can we save few dollars if not print? How many attendees will watch the program if video is recorded and uploaded on YouTube? Or broadcast using media like TV? Can technology save travelling time and cost?
13. Computer devices and software..are these maturing? Before those are matured, new devices are given in user’s hand. That’s funny! Its wondering to see thousands employees work for big brand manufacturers, and simple defects & bugs are not fixed years long like a decade for both hardware and software. What these guys must be doing? I wonder.
14. When Chief executive Office calls you, are you worried, that there might be few questions about your assignments need to explain/ defend/agree & surrender? Are you happy that something new must be coming on your plate; your contribution would be appreciated? Or there is a decision taken related to your assignments/ resources and as a courtesy you are being informed. Its all depends on you! Because you chose to work for the organisation! If you are informed about pink slip, its good to have newer opportunity who might worth to have you! So good to be skilled so much, be the contributor that you are needed everywhere! Be happy!
